What Are Anti-Wrinkle Injections?

• Arrive with a clean face — no heavy makeup
• Inform your doctor of any medications, recent treatments, or medical history
• Do not book in the two weeks before a major event — allow time for results to settle

During Your Treatment

Your doctor will assess your facial anatomy, discuss your goals, and agree on the treatment plan with you before any injections. The injections themselves take 10–15 minutes. Most people describe a very brief, mild discomfort — a small pinch at each injection point.

After Your Treatment

• Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the treated areas for 4–6 hours
• Stay upright — avoid lying flat for 4 hours
• Avoid exercise, saunas, and excessive heat for 24 hours
• Do not have facial massage or treatments in the same area for 2 weeks
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
